All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days.

Shipping within Australia has a flat rate of $15.00. Express shipping is $22.00

International Shipping - We do offer shipping internationally, however International Shipping is not currently set up on the website. Please email us directly at hello@callidacollective.com.au and let us know what you wish to order, along with your shipping address. From here we can check the shipping rate to you location and provide you with a direct link to order.

Returns & Refunds

At Callida Collective, each piece is thoughtfully designed and crafted to the highest standard. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the rare case of a product fault.

Our pieces are made from natural materials, including stone, which may feature inherent variations, veining, and textural differences. These characteristics are part of the material's beauty and not considered defects.

However, if your item arrives with significant damage or a fault, please contact us immediately with:

• Details of the issue
• Clear photos

Order Changes

We kindly ask you to double-check your order before confirming checkout.

If you need to make changes, please email us at hello@callidacollective.com.au immediately after placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, changes are subject to how far your order has progressed in our fulfillment process.

Cancellations are not permitted, but we will always try to assist with adjustments where possible.
